Whether you need a different size or have changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that personalized jerseys and face coverings are non-returnable unless faulty.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly stating whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to the Hull FC Retail Department via a tracked postal service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
